Since then, the way that we want this issue handled is for you to contact OEC support. Provide them your OEC username.

Let them know you are using Sierra Chart and using the FIX connection and you are losing the connection to their server. Provide them the times that this occurs and the time zone.

Let them know that Sierra Chart has looked at log files in response to these disconnect problems from OEC, and have noticed the connection is being lost to the FIX server and not the FAST server.
