Several times over the last week or so, SC has locked up (not responding). First time this occurred I though it was possibly due to paying monthly charges, because after I made payment, started working normally. Then this morning…. at login it said it didn’t recognize my password. Had to change password. However on the next reboot, expecting to have to add new password, it didn’t ask for my password and booted up normally. Was working fine this morning until about 9:30 and with simple drawing tool locked up was not responding. I am using the latest version and logging in with Infinity Futures / Transact interface. Trading ES on CME. Please advise |
