Lastly, the 'value-cursor' on my YM charts (which is the market I trade and hence most charts) was not moving at all. It had frozen completely (at the time I sent you my request to the SC support board).
If you are referring to the Chart Values tool, reselect it by selecting Tools >>Chart Values.

The Message Log does show a period of time where the OEC server had a problem and was not responding to the logon request. It is for this reason why the charts would not update.

You did go over the symbol limit:
Symbol Error - NQH4 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. FIX reject reason: Your subscription limit of 5 has been reached | 2014-02-27 11:01:02

Have OEC increase your limit.
