The display of those items actually uses the Tool drawing methods to display the information on the screen. Sometimes, the system can get confused and the drawing tool gets separated from the study, so it will still exist as a drawing tool. First, make sure that the study itself is no longer on the chart by going to Analysis >> Studies and ensuring that the particular study is not on the chart. If it is, remove it and see if that also removes the drawing on the screen. If the drawing is still there, then right-click on it and select Erase Drawing. If it will not remove, then the study is still on the chart and you need to remove it first.
