It is exactly as it states. Your CQG Username or Password that you have entered in File >> Data/Trade Service Settings is incorrect and needs to be entered correctly. If you feel you have done this properly, then you would need to verify with your broker that you are using the proper Username and/or Password, and possibly change your password through them and then enter the new password on the Data/Trade Service Settings page.
