If you are asking about price zones where you have a band above and a band below the bars based on calculation, then no, it is not inherently a study in Sierra Chart. But, it can be easily created, as it appears to just be a 5 period Exponential Moving Average of a 5 period Exponential Moving Average and then the bands are offset above and below that value.
