nope, not connected to same FXCM username as sierra chart on the other program. Tried closing down the other program completely, but still cant connect on sierra. Tried also leaving password and account details blank but still cant connect. I use sierra in the office and also at home, the office connection seemed fine earlier today, Does Sierra track IP addresses? Both are not logged in at the same time though.
