The simplest solution to your problem is to find a time when you were flat in your trades and then set the following to that date and time: Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) This will at least take care of your fills going forward. But, to determine the root of the problem, you need to go back through your order fills and find where one is missing. Then you can add an order fill to fix the issue.
