Unfortunately, there is nothing in the Message Log that gives us any information. This is not unusual, as a system crash is an unexpected event, so there typically is nothing to log.

But, what we want you to do is to start Sierra Chart in Safe Mode which will stop any non-Sierra Chart studies from being loaded and used. See if you have any issues in Safe Mode for awhile, and if you do not have issues, then the problem is probably in one of the custom studies you have. Refer to the following:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode

With regards to the Control Bars and Alerts, we need more information. Are you stating that the customized settings that you have for these are gone?

If that is the case, then you will want to get one of the backup files for your Sierra4.config file and replace that file in your main Sierra Chart folder with the backup. Refer to the following:
Resetting Sierra Chart to a Default State / Restoring Backup Global Configuration File: Restoring Backup Global Configuration File

If it is something else, then let us know exactly what is happening.

We did notice the following in your Message Log:
Circular chart reference detected. Charts: 3, 1. Chartbook: 2021-04-15 15 S DOM Test.Cht. | 2021-04-19 14:26:48.546

You should fix this issue as it can cause major slowdowns to your system. Refer to the following:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.9 References to Other Charts / Continuous Full Recalculation of Charts
