Really we do not have anything more to add other than what is documented in help topic 7 here:

That is the complete reference on the subject and if you still have difficulty contact IQ Feed because clearly the data is missing from the server.

One thing we do notice though is you need to disable the Continuous Contract option in Chart >> Chart Settings for that symbol. It is not needed and should never be enabled for a continuous contract symbol. Should not be causing a problem but definitely do disable it.
