You should not have any issue getting the historical data for any symbol traded on the CME Group, as you are setup to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The main thing we can think that may be happening is that you are expecting data further back than the beginning of the contract period, but you are not using a Continuous Futures Contract. Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts If it is not the continuous contract, then what exactly is the issue? Are you getting an error message, and if so what does it state?
