AMP is your broker. As such, they hold your funds for trading and they will charge you their fees for making the trades. If you are setup with CQG, then you will need to follow these instructions to get your Sierra Chart software connected to CQG so you can make trades: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once you complete the above setup, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update the symbols of your charts to be the CQG symbols. You may, or may not be setup to get data from CQG as well. We do not know. Once you have completed the above setup, if you are getting Real-Time data in your charts, then you are getting the data from CQG, and the cost for that data is paid through AMP. If you are not getting data, then you are probably not setup for the CQG data. But double check with AMP to make sure if you are paying for it or not. If you want to use the data from us (Sierra Chart), then you would follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* You would then be paying for your Sierra Chart Usage Time and Data to us directly. Also, if you do decide to use our data, then you would want to ensure that AMP is NOT charging you for the data from CQG.
