Can you start a new chart for that symbol by selecting File >> Find Symbol? If you can open a new chart, then you can try to open the existing chartbook by starting Sierra Chart in Safe Mode. This will tell you if the problem is related to a 3rd party study. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode If it is a 3rd party study, then you will have to recreate your chart and let the developer of the study know that you are having an issue with their study.
