Thanks, John, but that did not work. Stayed connected to Rithmic for a few minutes. The link still says "expired," data still delayed. Request deeper drill-down.

I notice at Account Control Panel >> Account Details, the last line = "Trading Accounts:" is blank. Could that be relevant here?
