Your service is still set to SC/TT Futures Order Routing. AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service about 2 months ago and they should have informed you of this. Additionally, they should have moved you to CQG for your order routing going forward. If you have not received your CQG credentials, then you need to talk to AMP about this.

Once you have your CQG credentials, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart software to CQG:

After the above is complete, then open your Chartbooks (if not already open) and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change your symbols to CQG symbols.

Then you will be all set to trade again.
