The first thing to understand is that Sierra Chart works with multiple trading services, including our own Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with TT. So although AMP does not support the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, they do still support CQG, which is one of the services that we support. The selection that you specified that you would select with AMP of "Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data - Order Routing Only)" means that you would be getting your data from us (Sierra Chart) through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you would not be using the CQG data and you would not have any issues related to the data. Therefore, once you let AMP know that you will be using that selected setup, they will get you a set of CQG credentials. Once you have those, then follow the Setup Instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once you have that connection established, then follow the instructions at the following link to setup your Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group of data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you want data from the EUREX, then you would follow these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_EUREX And finally, once all of that is done, then you would want to ensure that your symbols are set to the CQG symbols by opening your Chartbooks and selected Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
