I was automatically charged 26 usd from the sierra chart account, it's not my decision. why is it done? I turned off the cme service at the broker and did not activate the package because I do not want to pay 36 usd, I paid 100 uds to the sierrachart account because I thought that non pro traders would be $ 11 cost per month..amp financed the platform for me..so please you to turn off my automatic payment 26 usd and my question number 2. how to return the money from the cs account to the card? and is it possible? i don't want to use the sierra chart anymore. it's too expensive for me
