This is the problem:
Usage time has ended. Sierra Chart is in Free mode. Features are restricted.

The first thing to check is that the Account Name that is being used when you log into the Sierra Chart software matches the Account Name that you used to post to this Support Board. If it is not, then change it and log in to your Sierra Chart software using the account you posted from, as it is a valid account.

If you do have the correct account, then use the Forced Login option to ensure that your account information is properly updated. Refer to the following:

Finally, if none of the above work, then check your Internet connection, as you must be offline.
