When you have an immediate trading issue, you need to call your broker. They can take care of your trading issues if there is a problem with Sierra Chart not doing what you expect. In terms of the Flatten button not working, can you give us more information on what occurred? Do you have any information in your Trade Service Log that may show what occurred.
