I have a 6 month account and trade FX and it has been working great, right up to when I added live feeds for the Equities markets. When that was activated it apparently stopped the date feed or created a 'Not Connected' issue with my FX charts. Prior to activating the live feed for the Equities markets, I set up a second Sierra Chart on my computer to handle the Equities symbols and all of that set up just fine. Also, when I set up the live feed, I got an error type message on my FX charts. I followed that advice and closed Sierra Charts, reopened and then updated by down loading the latest up date. This did not resolve the 'Not Connected' issue. Could you look at my account to see what happened? Much thanks
