I have an active account with a futures broker and I am currently using package 3 for trading. I would like to access real-time intraday forex data as well as futures and, following the guide, I downloaded another copy of sierra chart and installed it in a separate folder. The problem I am having is that when I select SC Forex Data (FXCM)(per the guide) and try to connect to it, I get the following error message: Your current service package does not support this function. Select Help >> Purchase to upgrade your package. | 2013-04-24 02:45:58 Please help me resolve this! |
