As long the control bar is floating it works on also detached chart windows. as soon as I attach to eg left the control bar it does not work anyomore for detached charts
You would need to attach that Control Bar to the detached chart. On the detached chart select Window >> Control Bar >> Control Bar # and then that control bar can be placed on that detached window where you want.
