Based on the recommendation I read about "Delete all data and download" to refresh and ensure all historical data will be downloaded, I only get 2 weeks of data now and can't get more. Some charts go back a few weeks but skip days and others only go back just a few days. I don't know how this happened, but can anyone help who had the same experience and knows how to get this fixed? Previous before selecting the option "Delete all data and download", I was able to go back 100 days no problem. My charts are setup for continues futures contract and I dribble checked everything to make sure the setting are correct. I am using CQG from tradovate in case this matters.
