hi, i have just started up my chartbook, and all the charts that i was using on friday are no longer displaying the information. for example, all of my footprint charts are blank, my volume bars are blank. the only thing that is working are my candlestick charts. is there a reason for this? i just changed my data from cqg back to denali, but all the data is coming in, so its not a data problem. does my account no longer have access to non-candlesick data?(which i doubt). In my chart settings, the 'graph draw type' is set to blank, but i dont think this is the problem because when i set it to anything thats not blank i still dont get anything. what can be done? thanks |
