I already sent a direct message but don't see it saved and have not received a response. I'm very frustrated that I switched over to SC direct billing three weeks ago just so I would not have an issue and now April 1st ended up with an issue anyway.

I subscribed to CME and Comex data but the Comex data stopped working April 1st right at 5:00 pm so am assuming that something is not set right with my account.

I would think that this would be a private message that I sent this morning but still have not received a response. I would expect that I would get an immediate response when I have paid for something but is not working.

Please let me know ASAP why Comex feed is not working on my account and if there is something I need to do in order to get it to work. I checked and I am signed up for Comex.

This makes me worried with the no phone support with SC in the case that I had an open trade!
