You also have to adjust the Real-time and Historical Price Multipliers in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2.

However, if you are using Interactive Brokers, we have verified that the default settings are as you want them and you do not have to change the settings from defaults. So which indicates you have the incorrect settings to begin with.

Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
