First, you need to log into the Support Board using your non-expired account. The account from which you posted is expired. We found your other account and the account is in good standing, so there is no issue there. From what you state, it sounds like you have not setup your new computer to connect to your CQG account. Go through these Setup Instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Then open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to make sure that the charts are using the CQG symbols.
