We have processed the refund and put the funds back in your Sierra Chart account. We have also set your account to NOT renew, so your current Usage Time will now end on April 4, 2021. If you do not want to be charged the $3.25 for the Full CME Group exchange on April 1, 2021 (that is, you will not be needing the data at all in April), then we recommend that you deactivate the exchange on this page (you will still get data through the rest of today (March 31), this just sets the exchange to not renew): https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed If you then want the funds refunded to your card, you would need to make that request in the Account Support Tickets. Just be aware that we charge a fee for the refund to the card.
