We can tell you that selecting the option "Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data Order Routing Only" is the correct choice in order to get setup with CQG for order routing only and then get the Denali Exchange Data Feed from us. We do not know what to say about the other responses that are related to MetaTrader. You would need to ask AMP about the correct responses for other items. Just let them know that you will be using Sierra Chart along with data from Sierra Chart so you just need to be setup with CQG for order routing.
