Hi, I'll go straight to the point.
I have the account from AMP with CQG, first free for the use of sierra pakage 3 now instead I will have to pay but not from AMP but from this sierra account, ok.

Wanting to trade the CME, NYMEX and COMEX, what do I have to select and pay for? I mean, what do I need?

Because I see, as I attach in the photo, these expenses.

A friend of mine has an account like mine and doesn't have the $ 4 CQG.

I ask, how does it work?

I mean, do you need to have both CQG and Denali? And if so, why?

If I just want to trade with no previous data, isn't CQG enough for me?

While, if I wanted to do analysis and therefore need previous data, I don't have them automatically with the purchase of the sierra package 3, precisely in the SC Data - All Services server?

I mean, what is Denali for? In my situation?

You do not need to pay for both CQG and Sierra Chart data.

At this time, your account is NOT setup to receive Real-Time data for the CME Group from Sierra Chart. Therefore, if you are getting the data from CQG, then you can continue to do so.

We certainly recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but if you find the CQG data adequate, then it is not necessary to change.

Therefore, you would just need to pay for Package 3 of Sierra Chart.

Obviously I'd be better off with "Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service With Data",this is not the best service for trading Future?

But for those like me who are with AMP it's still not possible right?

We certainly recommend the Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing with Data service. Although we are working on our own direct CME Order Routing, which would replace it. You will find a partial list of broker that support the service at Step #2 here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions

If you need, or want, to stay with AMP, then you do not have access to the Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service with Data. AMP stopped supporting that service.

But I had read in your post (I don't remember where) that you made a system for future (better than cqg and others) even with amp ..

At this point I know it was the Denali?!

You would have told us a 40-day if I'm not mistaken ..

I'm wrong?

No because, I was first with Transact, then you told me that the best was TT ..
At the time AMP went, and I made the broker change, then as I arrived from AMP and collapsed everything and now changing broker again makes me stand still for too long at a time I can't ..
For that I really hope to do something better than CQG or other similar systems and do something as similar as possible to TT ..

Yes, that was the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. As noted in Post #5, it is still available through other brokers, but not AMP. AMP stopped support for it several weeks ago when TT had an issue with order routing to the CME.

It was not named "Denali". "Denali" is a data feed that has data for the CME Group and EUREX. When using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, it was necessary to also use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but they are two separate things. One is for order routing (Sierra Chart Order Routing Service) and the other is data (Denali Exchange Data Feed).

It is up to you as to what to do at this point. If you stay with AMP, then you will need to use CQG for your order routing. If you want to change brokers, then you could find one that supports the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service (as we noted above).

Here is the discussion I was referring to..
Questions and Answers Regarding TT (Trading Technologies) and AMP | Post: 253038

At point 3 you say that soon it will be possible the order routing even with AMP, at this point it is not conven to wait?

Obviously it depends on my needs, and my needs vary based on timing, in this discussion desired (if I have not misunderstood) that won't be ready in 30 days but then, more or less what will take? 60 120 days? More, less?

Thank you very much for everything and I apologize if I look forward to understanding, but I'm reading and writing with google translate...

This is in reference to work we are doing for our own direct to CME order routing. We are still working on this. It is very hard to give dates as to when it will be available. We recommend reading the information at the following Support Board post that is updated new information is available regarding our development:

What we recommend you do now is move your account to a broker that supports the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service and use that until our direct CME order routing is available. Refer to step 2 here:

I promise to ask the last thing.

For now I will insert orders with CQG (by force of things) in the future I hope to change and this is ok.

Now, I would like to know, if I do the analysis on the "SC-Data - All Service" server, I can feel comfortable that they are the same data that would give me CQG or anyone else (because when in the future change there are no problems with the Failed analysis)?
Also because CQG is no longer back a few months, so I am also forced to use precisely "SC-Data - All Service" to go back years ..

What we need to understand is whether you want to get your data from CQG or from Sierra Chart. Or, if you are wanting to do something different, such as having CQG data in one instance and Sierra Chart data in another.

Let us know exactly what you want to accomplish, and we can then tell you how to setup your system.

I only trade futures on the CME, NYMEX, market and Comex, nothing else.

For now I am forced with "CQG WebAPI" for order entry as it is still not supported to AMP the use of Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, this will be forced to do so for at least 2 months (I hope in such time succeeded with AMP, otherwise In all cases, I will then be forced after this period to change brokers and choose one of those proposed before).

To go to see previous data of at least 2 years, to make my analysis, I need to connect to me or to the "SC Futures Order Routing/Data" server or "SC Data - All Services" because if I try with "CQG WebAPI" Does go over 30 days ..

Now, as I all believe, I want the safest and most convenient thing, so if I analyze the data of the "SC Data - All Services" (which should be included in the price with Sierra Package 3 while I don't think it's the same for "SC Futures Order Routing/Data") Can I consider them reliable and above all EQUAL to those I would have from "CQG WebAPI" or (since in the future I will change Broker but certainly not platform) other servers?

That is, the data that are in "SC Data - All Services" are accurate to the Tick comparison to REAL DATA?
Or could there be differences of some Tick here and?

You are confusing different items together.

What you need to understand is that regardless of what your Current Service Setting is set to, you can get the data from Sierra Chart. So it does not matter if it is set to "SC Data - All Services", or "CQG WebAPI", or "SC Futures Order Routing".

Therefore, since what you need is data that goes back more than 30 days, you should use the Denali Exchange Data Feed along with your CQG for Order Routing.

To do this, follow these instructions:

1. Follow through the instructions to connect to CQG, in case you have not already done this:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

2. Follow these instructions to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

3. Open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to ensure that you have the correct CQG symbols.

Activating "Denali Exchange Data Feed" and "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, Comex, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading Accounts" I spend $10 for the first and $3.25 for the second.

Now $13.25 more per month I don't change my life but I want to know if I really need it.

After loading the necessary period I could also disconnect the platform to make my analyzes as I don't care (always and only for the analysis) the data in real time.

What I want to know so is that the data that would provide me with the activation "Denali Exchange Data Feed" and "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional

Trading Accounts" will be the SAME at the Tick I find in "SC Data - All Service ", as "SC Data - All Service" would be included in only $26 by Sierra Package 3.

To make an analysis use a computer while to insert orders I use another then I would simter "SC Data - All Service" on the first and "CQG WebAPI" on the second.

Then if you tell me that they are not the SAME and that those who would get activating "Denali Exchange Data Feed" and "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for

nonprofessional Trading Accounts" are more accurate or REAL data then I will gladly pay.

You definitely will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for proper data for Sierra Chart. This is a must.

The cost will be 36 USD per month for Sierra Chart and the data feed and the exchange fee is 3.25 USD per month.

We can activate everything for you April 1.

Is it not to do anything on April 1st?

On April 1 in your time zone or sometime after you need to activate the exchange that you require here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

We recommend using this one:
Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts 3.25 USD/month

Contact your broker now and tell them to cancel all market data exchange fees you pay for through them, effective at the end of this month, March.

You just need to do the above.

Selecting "Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data Order Routing Only)"

As you can see in the picture no selection options for the Market Data Exchange Fees, so I assume is this.

Selecting only CQG instead come out the options, as you always see in the picture, so not this.

All right?

We can tell you that selecting the option "Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data Order Routing Only" is the correct choice in order to get setup with CQG for order routing only and then get the Denali Exchange Data Feed from us.

We do not know what to say about the other responses that are related to MetaTrader. You would need to ask AMP about the correct responses for other items. Just let them know that you will be using Sierra Chart along with data from Sierra Chart so you just need to be setup with CQG for order routing.
