When you first open the chartbooks after making the changes from above, it will take a few minutes to open the charts, as the system is redownloading the data since you have new symbols. Be sure to wait at least 10 minutes to make sure the data all downloads. Also, we are wondering if you are wanting to make trades directly from within Sierra Chart. If that is the case, then you will need to talk to AMP about getting you setup with CQG for Order Routing. They should have already done this, but it does not sound like you received any information from them on this topic. Let us know when you have the CQG information and we will direct you further.
