It does not look like your Sierra Chart is setup to connect to your TransAct account. Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and change your Current Selected Service to TransAct WS. Select the A button next to that selection and you will see the Service Settings below update. Enter your information in those fields as necessary. Are you setup to get Real-Time data from TransAct? If so, then you should be getting the data after making the changes above. If not, then you would need to get the data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
