You did not activate an exchange that includes Market Depth. If you do not need Market Depth data for the Full CME Group, then the lowest cost solution would be to just add a specific exchange that has the Market Depth. For example, if you just need Market Depth for the e-Mini S&P 500 (ES), then you could just add the "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchange which is an additional $10.40. Just keep in mind that if you need more than 2 exchanges with Market Depth, then you should change to the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" for $31.20. And finally, you are charged the full amount regardless of when you activate the exchange in the month. So if you can wait until April 1 to activate the exchange, it will save you from paying the full amount for the remainder of March.
