Your setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC/TT Futures Order Routing. That service is no longer available with AMP. AMP should have moved your account to CQG for order routing. If you have not received your CQG information, then talk with AMP about this.

Once you have your CQG information, you will follow these instructions to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to CQG:

After that, open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Settings in order to convert symbols to the CQG symbols.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
