Hello, I have mentioned repeatedly that with the current version of my Level 3 Sierra charts are having difficulties firing up automatically. I have switched off my wirewall, I disabled my Antivirus and tried every which way to fire the charts but they simply dont seem to work. Version 2207 was working fine but now you have forced me to go to the new version. This is just terrible support. I am not a computer expert so, Can someone from Sierra charts remotely look into my machine and help me with my issue? If not, I have withdraw my funds and move to MT4 platform. |
