I'm sorry I don't really understand and am getting so frustrated. I thought you didn't recommend CQG, so I signed up for Dinali when I signed up and paid direct for SC. I'm sorry, I've tried to read all about it and saw that you SC doesn't like CQG, so I picked Dinali. Do I need them both? On the instructions that you referenced it is different on my SC. There is no drop down list, it is just defaulted to CQG and I can't change it. I intended to have Dinali and not CQG, is that not right? Before, i just paid CQG and not Dinali. I want to get this switched over ASAP so that I can cancel my data feed and CQG before the end of the month. I'm really not good at this computer stuff. Would you please look at my account and let me know what I need to do in order to finish this process. Just learning the software has been a huge struggle for me. Also, I have a sub account that is the same number but ends with an A. I didn't know but was sending support tickets from that account and a reply from SC told me that the account was expired. I'm not sure why that would be. Is that something that I would talk to AMP about? I think I can use two accounts with one SC package? Please advise, thank you! |
