Sounds like you may be encountering a symbol subscription limit.

You need to check the Window >> Message Log for the symbol that is not receiving data to see if there is any errors with the request.

Otherwise, the behavior you are describing really makes absolutely no sense as to why it would even be happening.

Or you could be running into symbol conflicts. That would be a better explanation. We recommend using a separate installation of Sierra Chart with the SC Exchange Data Feed and not involving Interactive Brokers at all.
