Hi, it's probably user error, been struggling with setting up two copies, one trading my amp account, transitioning over to Sierra Data from CQG, and the other a Simulated account. I get a message my sim account was not activated because I've not paid for it. Account name Simulated. I thought I could set up two accounts for free. Please advise (I'm afraid I'm becoming a "lead", as in metal, customer :-) I've also downloaded two copies of SC software to two different folders on my C drive, but somehow the data is screwed up, and keeps making a data copy to my documents or desktop. I'm going to start over and re download both copies more carefully, somehow I guess they got corrupted using same data folder? Thank you, Chris |
