The symbols are different depending on the service selected. All services use a different set of symbols. We take care of translating the symbol for the specific service to what you need from the data feed. But you do need to select the right symbol for the service that is selected. The best way to do this is to open all new symbols from the Find Symbol page. And if you change the setting for Service in the Data/Trade Service Settings, you are asked to update the symbols, but it is also a good idea to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
