John - Don't waste any more time on it. A CQG data issue this week caused live trade issues similar to those Sierra is logging ( out was in, in was out ) that I am currently waiting for the broker to sort out. I opened this support ticket at the suggestion of the broker, but I am nearly certain the issue is not directly caused by SC. Thanks for looking into it. I don't necessarily need continuous historical trade statistics, and if I change my mind I can export and have a 'this date thru that date' version at the end of the year. I just installed a 2nd instance of SC "SierraChart2", and will discard the 1st install once we resolve the broker issues. I am also looking into switching over to the Sierra / TT / Denali data. Thanks again. Sierra is the best platform out there :) |
