John, That does not address the issue I am having. I have confirmed with the trade desk that I am indeed flat, and when I enter a trade Sierra shows the position line correctly, and when I close the trade the position line disappears as it should. But in the Trade Log it shows the trades occuring in reverse, and exit becomes the entry and the entry becomes the exit. I have not taken any trades for 48 hours to show in the P&L except for the one test trade for a real result of ($12.50) and a Sierra result of ($653.75). I tried another trade afterwards, same issue. AMP says they are seeing several traders using Sierra with similar problems today. I have used Sierra off and on for a long time, I think it is the best platform out there in terms of stability and customization. But something is wrong and it is inside Sierra. Please take another look. Thanks |
