AMP is no longer supporting the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. You should have received information from AMP that they were moving you to CQG for order routing. If you have your CQG information, then you need to follow these instructions to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to CQG:

If you do not have the CQG information then get with AMP and ask them about it. Once you get the credentials, follow the instructions as noted above.

After you complete the instructions, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to update your symbols to CQG symbols.
