I am Gary D****, AMP account *****. I experienced some issues this week which I have been told are related to CQG data and my account was placed in a "Liquidate Only" status until a few minutes ago. I took a test trade while on the phone with the AMP trade desk. I sold one contract short the June ES by the Sell Mkt button, and then hit the Flatten button. Per the AMP trade desk that resulted in a loss of ($12.50). However, in the Sierra Platform it shows three issues:

1) I am showing a daily loss of ($653.75). That was the first and only trade since 3/16.

2) The Trade Activity Log does not show that I took a short trade, it shows I am still in a Long trade. AMP reports that I am in fact flat, but suggested that there are other traders using Sierra having similar issues right now.

3) I have the Profit/Loss Text set to show current trade time duration. Sierra removed the position line when I hit Flatten, but the timer is still running.

Screenshot attached. Please let me know what I need to do to reset Sierra. Thanks for your help.
