You have us a bit confused, as you have posted to this Support Board from a valid account that has Usage Time and is on a paid package (not a trial). Therefore, it looks like you have an account that you can use. There really is no need to change to a different account if you already have one that is functional.

As to the software, just make sure you have one installation on your system. If the previous data does not matter, then remove all but one installation and then run your Sierra Chart from that installation. You will then login to that version using the Account Name and Password that you used to login to our website to post to this Support Board.

We assume that AMP will be setting you up using CQG for your order routing. So once they give you the CQG credentials then you would follow the Setup Instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:
