Hello.

When attempting to place an order for CL (crude oil) I receive the following error message:

"Trade Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: Position limit for the contract F.US.CLE.J21 is 0, worst case position is 1. Internal Order ID: 38392. Service Order ID: 928287830. Symbol: F.US.CLEJ21. Account: 104564 | 2021-03-16 09:11:35.188 *"

It does not appear to be an issue with margin, since I have plenty to cover what is needed based on margin requirements. I do not have this challenge with any other symbol.

Do I need to contact CQG or AMP to address this? If so I don't see under support how to contact the relevance entity or department.
