The problem is that you need to change the Service setting to CQG WebAPI and then enter your Username and Password for CQG. We have some new windows and it sounds like you are having trouble using them. Refer to the information at the following link for how to interact with the Service Setting specifically: Settings Windows Interface: Item List (Working with Sierra Chart Windows >> Selection Specific Options) So go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings to open that window, and then select the Service setting per the above information and change that to CQG WebAPI, the select the A button to the right of that selection. After you do that, you will see the Username and Password options below that setting.
