Perhaps this is true, but we are just saying, that we do not care what users are doing other than to ensure that we provide the functionality that users require and it works reliably and is well-documented.What it comes down to is that traders must take the broker's, or software maker's word for it. Yes. We cannot comment on anyone else, but we do protect users privacy to the extent we can. We are not going to intentionally or knowingly invade users privacy . We do know things like whether you are logged into Sierra Chart or not, what Data/Trading service you are using, how many installations of Sierra Chart you have, but nothing beyond that.
