You should have your Service setting set to CQG WebAPI. There really is no reason to change it. After you switch it back to CQG, it should prompt you to update the symbol settings, to which you should say Yes. But also select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Servcie to ensure all the symbols get updated to the CQG symbols. If you do not have any reason to change your Service, then just leave it on CQG WebAPI. If you do need to change it for some reason, then you will need to change the symbols to the new service. Again, you do this by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to New Service.
