No to all of these.. As far as I know there is no authority that makes trading software's reveal all that they do Lets hope it never comes to this. Once authority is given away someone or entity you think you might be able to trust, then you lose your rights. For all we know you could be "replaying" your best trader's simulations and learning all you can from their hard work. We could care less about this.
