Not really sure about this. Error code 23 translates to: API_MINOR_ERROR This is from the Rithmic software. No idea what that means. Never seen it before. Try selecting File >> Disconnect and then File >> Connect to Data Feed. If there still is a problem we will have to contact Rithmic about it.
